Signature Custom Full Set for new clients Includes; Personalised lash styling consultation Bespoke lash mapping Full custom set Luxury aftercare kit If you are booking your appointment with less than 48 hours of treatment date please message me directly to organise the patch test as this will not be available on the booking site. *Please ensure you you have booked a date for the styling consultation and patch test as this is where we will discuss the style and looks you like, I will also examine your natural lashes and we will agree on treatment that is best for you.
Cancellation Policy
Amendments & Cancellations I understand that plans can change, but appointments are reserved exclusively for you and short-notice changes can make it difficult for me to offer the time to another client. 48 hours’ notice is required for all appointment amendments and cancellations. - Amendments with less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the booked treatment price will be charged. - Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of the booked treatment price will be charged. - No-shows: 100% of the booked treatment price will be charged. If you need to make a change to your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate you where I can, but short-notice changes cannot be guaranteed.
