Amendments & Cancellations I understand that plans can change, but appointments are reserved exclusively for you and short-notice changes can make it difficult for me to offer the time to another client. 48 hours’ notice is required for all appointment amendments and cancellations. - Amendments with less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the booked treatment price will be charged. - Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of the booked treatment price will be charged. - No-shows: 100% of the booked treatment price will be charged.
