Service Description
This option is for the out of hours service for evenings and Saturdays for lash services. If you are booking your appointment with less than 48 hours of treatment date please message me directly to organise the patch test as this will not be available to book online. Please note your appointment is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email and/or text message.
Cancellation Policy
Amendments & Cancellations I understand that plans can change, but appointments are reserved exclusively for you and short-notice changes can make it difficult for me to offer the time to another client. 48 hours’ notice is required for all appointment amendments and cancellations. - Amendments with less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the booked treatment price will be charged. - Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of the booked treatment price will be charged. - No-shows: 100% of the booked treatment price will be charged. If you need to make a change to your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate you where I can, but short-notice changes cannot be guaranteed.
