Styling Consultation & Patch Test
All new clients require a patch test and styling consultation at least 48 hours before treatment.
Service Description
At the styling consultation I will analyse your natural lashes, look at your eye and face shape and we will discuss the styles that will best suit you and your features to create your custom set of lashes. The patch test is also included.
Cancellation Policy
Amendments & Cancellations I understand that plans can change, but appointments are reserved exclusively for you and short-notice changes can make it difficult for me to offer the time to another client. 48 hours’ notice is required for all appointment amendments and cancellations. - Amendments with less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the booked treatment price will be charged. - Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of the booked treatment price will be charged. - No-shows: 100% of the booked treatment price will be charged. If you need to make a change to your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate you where I can, but short-notice changes cannot be guaranteed.
